Background
> Simple background are usually free of charge :3
> 5-15$: background that need a little touch up and focuses around the character
> 30-65$: artwork that need more attention regarding the background
> 100$+: this is a landscape level, with a lot of details and need a lot of care (many trees, individual flowers, mountains, sky, houses,etc)

Alterations
Most alterations are free, as they’re already included in your Add-ons
> If you need small changes like alternate colors is free of charge
> a SFW version is included once you ordered a NSFW version
> the same for Outfit & Accessories once you ordered 30-80$ :3Please let me know how many Alteration version you would like to have before finishing the commission

Dynamic Poses
> I don't mind drawing crazy fun stuff sometimes, so I don't really charge anything
> 5-20$: Only If the dynamic poses are too complicated this will occur an additional fee (include custom poses)

Outfit & Accessories
> stuff like a simple shirt is free of charge :3
> 30-80$: outfits and accessories that need to pay attention to details
> 100$+: a complete original custom design outfit with original accessories

NSFW
> 5-15$: showing genitals, butt stuff, nippi, white liquid things, etc
> other things such as toys will be counted as "Outfit & Accesories" (if you have specific request DM me :3)

Visual References, a mood board, and a clear description is a mustThe more information, the better and faster your commission will be complete <3I Reserve the right to Decline your commission at anytime if:
> No payment have been made
> Not my Artstyle, request to copy another artist Artstyle
> Did not state clear and cohesive important information before your commission (Deadlines, Payment, Consent, Character Info, etc)
> Any other factors that does not suit my work

Payment
All prices listed are always in USD (United States Dollars)I accept 3 types of payment:
> Pay everything before I start
> Pay a portion and the rest after I finish (we can discuss how much)
> With big commissions (for example over +500$) can have a more extensive payment plan. The exact terms will be agreed upon between the Client and Artist before the start of the commission

Refund Policy
A refund should be address
> If I haven't updated you any progress up to one month
> If I have stated about related matter such as me couldn't draw due to health issues, force majeure, etc
> If I am the party to cancel the commission for personal reasons or health related matter
> I can only refund you 50% of the total price of the commission If I have already started drawing 1st phase
> No refunds when I started 2nd phase and 3rd phase

Private commission
work/commission that are private or non-disclosed will have a 80% increase in total price of the commission, as I could not post it or share it to the public, this is will treat as a compensation for my disadvantages

Important Usage Terms
All of my artwork is licensed under CC BY-NC-ND. This means others may copy and share the work in any medium or format, but only in its original, unaltered form, for non-commercial purposes, and with proper credit given to me as the creator. The license includes these conditions:BY (Attribution): The creator must be credited.
NC (NonCommercial): The work cannot be used for commercial purposes.
ND (NoDerivatives): The work cannot be modified or adapted.

Rights and Artist Preferences
I do not claim any rights to the characters depicted unless they are originally my creation. The rights to the characters remain with their respective ownersAll rights to the finished artwork belong to the artist. This includes the right to use the image for purposes like selling prints, offering it on platforms, using it for future Portfolios, etcYou should not alter, edit, hide my credit of my artwork without my consentUploading your commission from me to any website or all form of social media is generally are ok as long as it's not commercial matter ^^You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP) :DUsage rights can be negotiated if the customer wishes to use my work for commercial purposes. The new terms will depend on the agreement between the artist and the customer

Monitized Content & Commercial Work
By default, commissioned artworks are intended for personal use only. This means the customer cannot use the commissioned work for commercial purposes or make any profit from itNoncommercial uses such as uploading it to an online gallery (e.g., Furaffinity, Weasyl) or printing it for personal use, are allowedMonitized or Commercial work such as:
> Commercial Brands, Advertisement-related and Merchandises
> Shops, Businesses, or Trades related
> Promotional Material (Book Cover, All form of Social Media, Game Assets, CD, etc)
> Content creator that want to use my assets to distribute for monitized or commercial digital content

Revision
Revision can only be made twice during 1st phase. If I started 2nd phase an additional fee will be occur. If I started 3rd phase, revision might not be possible or more fee will occur to compensateRemember! the more I change things, the longer your commission will took so be aware of it
